I loved the Christmas Box and all our guests loved it too.

bought it for a christmas gift exchange. people were fighting over it. very good quality and nicely wrapped inside a dust bag.

The media could not be loaded. Super cute. Disappointed with some of the moving parts. They were wobbly. I tried to process the replacement with Amazon but I was referred to the vendor. This took quite some time for a response from the vendor in which they referred me back to amazon to return the item. I was going to do this and just reorder a new one but the price went up significantly and I did not see a way to just make an exchange. By this time, my return window had ended. Now I am left with a wobbly musical nutcracker. Too bad the quality was not better. I really love the idea of it.

It doesn’t work at all and it’s been almost a month since they got it back but I haven’t get a refund!

All I can say is "wow". It is elegant and enchanting. There are 3 scenes. The figures move about. I believe there is a total of three iterations of the three scenes. The music changes, but not the movement of the figures. Just so you know. The music is lovely. It's all so, polished. The curtains close, then open and there is a new scene. You don't hear anything switching. Very, very enjoyable.
