Correct heat level for New Mexico chili peppers
Theses have exactly the heat level I expect for New Mexico chili peppers. They are very flavorful, but not terribly hot. They are not supposed to be. Use these for their unique flavorAdd some cayenne to taste if your dish needs to be hotter.

New Mexico is known for it's delicious chile; There's nothing that can compared to it's robust flavor. I did like the chili but it was not as hot as I thought it should be. Good product though.
