I have been looking for a mattress long time and at the end decided to buy this one. It was delivered on agreed day, was rolled up and in a box. This made it easy to carry it to the needed bedroom. There was a special cutter to cut the wrapping. Was easy to unpack/unwrap the mattress. It inflated very quickly. But as instructions suggests to leave it for a while to inflate fully I have left it for 24 hours. I was concerned that it might be uncomfortable at the beginning. But I could not be more wrong! I have not slept so well in long time! I have rheumatoid arthraitis and found that on my old mattress half through the night I would be waking up in pain with all body. I have not experienced this swith my new mattress. I have been sleeping on it 3 weeks now. I did not regret even for a moment that I have purchased this mattress. It is really comfortable. I feel well rested after night. No more pains. As it is high I do not struggle to stand from it. I do recommend this mattress to everyone who is hesitating due to the price, as this is worth each penny paid. I will not go into details what it is maid from as this can be found in descriprion. But what I will mention that it is flame resistant.

After a lot of thought and investigation, I gave this mattress a shot at being able to provide me with a foundation for a good night's sleep. Now that I've been using it for a while, I can confirm that it does exactly what it needs to do! Delivery via Prime was perfect, as usual. The mattress itself is packaged very well and is surprisingly compact. Like all mattresses it is heavy so care needs to be taken when moving it. Once opened the mattress expands to its true size and although it wasn't easy, I waited the recommended 72 hours before using it. Once on the bed frame, it fitted perfectly. As for sleeping and doing what it should, this mattress ticks all the boxes as well as more! It is firm, comfortable and distributes weight evenly. I struggle with sleeping and this mattress has really helped me get a good night's sleep where other far more expensive mattresses have failed. All in all, fantastic value for money and an exceptionally good mattress.

I work in property lettings for holiday breaks. As a Quality Assessment manager one of the things I look for is the Quality of a mattress so that holiday makers can have a good sleep. Of course you get what you pay for but you certainly do not need to spend thousands of a mattress. I would grade this one a 3. It's cheap no getting away from that however it is comfortable and supportive. The springs ate not great but there aren't 2000 of them in here. The sides of the mattress are very springy. This is to say if you push the side with your hand horizontally you can feel them. But he you lay on it, well sweet dreams. Bare in mind of course that you won't get years put of it. But great value on the cheap 👏

Bought the Super King 10 inch deep hybrid mattress, which was delivered by Amazon to the upstairs bedroom. I followed the instructions and let the mattress decompress for 72 hours before use and to be honest, I was quite amazed how something rolled as tightly as it was, could expand to a full sized mattress - but it did.The mattress is medium firm to my judgment and in that sense, it is comfortable. The only issue I have with it, is the top layers of foam don't feel thick enough to me, which is a shame as everything else is great and the mattress is definitely very good value.I contacted Novella regarding this and have to say that their customer service was second to none. Replies were received very quickly and they worked proactively to make me a happy customer, which they achieved. Based purely on the standard of customer care, I'd buy from Novella again without hesitation.So to summarise - a very nice mattress, perhaps lacking a little cushioning material and supported with first class customer care from Novella.Would I recommend? Yes, 100%

Last week I had a very special delivery, it was the hybrid mattress from @novillaofficialFirstly I couldn’t believe how quick and easy set up was, it came in rather a small box all rolled up. Once I got it up the stairs I laid it on the bed to expand. They recommend you leave it 72 hours, I actually left it 5 days to ensure it had fully expanded.We have always had a memory foam mattress for as long as I can remember and so was a little apprehensive about choosing a Hybrid but I shouldn’t have been.The mattress is medium to firm and gives good support. We have slept of it for a few days now and it’s very comfortable.Having a small baby getting those hours of sleep are so important when you can and this mattress really helps you drift off quickly.This mattress is really good value and comes in single up to king size. The delivery was quick and you get a decent night sleep on it.
