Unstable
I like the compactness of the ladder once collapsed, but the ladder is pretty cheaply made and not very stable. The stance of the ladder is too narrow. This makes the rungs quite steep and the ladder wobbly. The width of the ladder is narrow which contributes to it's instability. Dangerous to use unless you are on very flat hard ground, preferably concrete. Also be careful collapsing the ladder it will try to smash a finger and scrape you with the falling support bar every time.

Kind of complicated to use
I bought this ladder based on its compact storage size and flexible functionality. I do several things on stairs in my house and need a ladder that can help me do that safely. In theory, this ladder is really cool, but it is more difficult to use. Then I thought, and the instructions are not very helpful in understanding how to use it well. I don’t regret the purchase and do you like this ladder I just wish I knew how to use it more efficiently.

Not reliable or safe
If you're looking for a reliable, stable and safe telescoping, a-frame ladder that won't injure you while using it, don't waste your money on this one. It's extremely wobbly when set up, even when it's fully extended and locked into place it feels like it could topple over at any moment. It's extremely heavy but that does not carry over to its stability. It feels flimsy and shaky. You will absolutely need someone else to hold it steady while using it. The worst part of it though is closing it back up and releasing the extensions. I've injured myself TWICE now trying to get it to close back up. I have to wear thick gloves to keep the metal locking mechanism on the sides from stabbing me in the hand when I release the clips. It's an awful design. Very poor engineering on this one. You get what you pay for, I guess. It's super cheap for a reason. Thankfully, I only need to use this ladder at most about once or twice a month for my job, so I'll keep it for now but if you need one of these for daily use, skip over this one, it's not an option.

Dangerous!!!!
Extremely hard to use.Almost cut off my finger first time trying to using it. Plus the return policy is horrible. Makes the customer pay for 30+ pounds return package.

Sturdy enough but collapsing it is a nightmare!
Folded it is small and extended it is just the perfect ladder for in home use. It feels a little wobbly but is ok to climb on. Extending it is fast and easy, collapsing it is another story. I wish there was a you tube of someone actually collapsing it. There's got to be an easier way than the battle I have with it. If it were extension only and not an a frame it would be simple but since I don't have four arms so I can activate both sides releases at the same time it isn't easy.

Bad design. Wobbly.
Very wobbly. Also if you try to lower the height from the top, it will not work as an a frame at all.
