This is an amazing product if you’re breastfeeding and also have stomach issues. It doesn’t really impact the amount of milk you make but enhances it and helps your own gut biome in the process. Highly recommend this product if you’re breastfeeding and especially if you’re coming off of antibiotics.

5 stars for customer service alone. Noticed that there was a strong chemical odor when I opened the package. Quality assurance team had me send some information/photos and reassured me it was 100% safe to take and the smell was normal. Not sure I would continue with the strong odor noted as it’s off putting but I do appreciate their quick response!

This was recommended to me by our lactation consultant when I was getting over a milk bleb and mastitis that was significant enough to cause pain that was worse than my c-section. I believe this product prevented me from needing antibiotics and it quickly helped resolve the persistent nipple pain I was having afterwards. I was skeptical that it would do much else, but after being on it for about a month now, my digestive system seems happier and more regular. It's a bit pricey, but given how painful mastitis is and that I was able to avoid antibiotics by using this, I would say this was worth it. This, along with the LM sunflower lecithin are a part of my daily routine that have helped me avoid clogs and mastitis since that first episode.

I was told to get in a probiotic after having my baby. We ended up having thrush so I was told this was a great one to use! I’ve been using it since and my thrush is disappearing

I have been using this product for 14 months and truly believe in its efficacy in preventing mastitis and other breast health issues. My little and I have a great nursing relationship and they seem to benefit from the probiotics as well- they are very regular and I have never had any concerns regarding bowel movements.I’d you are considering adding this supplement to your routine as a nursing mother, don’t wait!

did not really notice any change after using for some time. not saying product is bad, maybe just wasn't wow. other legendary milk products that I've used have been awesome though

I ordered this for mastitis and when I received it there was no safety seal which seemed weird since all of this brands other supplements come with safety seals. When I opened it it smelled SO toxic like paint thinner.. everyone I had smell it said it smelled like paint or chemicals. I have never used this before so I went to the reviews and saw nobody else speaking of this and one review says it is odorless so that made me feel nervous to take it. I don't know if it's normal to smell so strongly but it seemed like a very unnatural smell so mixed with the lack of safety seal I've been too nervous to take it. If the company reaches out to me I will potentially change my review but as of now I have a product I don't feel safe using. I have a lot of supplements from this brand that I love and was very excited to try this one so that was disappointing.Eta I had to buy a different brand of the same probiotic l fermementum and it doesn't smell at all which made me even more sketched out about what was in this one. The other one also has proper safety seals. I buy so many supplements from legendairy milk and love their supplements so I am hoping this was just a one time thing but I don't know what to think and haven't been able to speak to anyone from the company. The more I have smelt it it almost smells like moldy citrus..that really strong smell citrus gets when it molds. I don't feel comfortable taking it though not knowing why it smells that way and having no safety seal when this new one w the exact same ingredients is pretty much odorless. Will update if I hear back from them.
