It is fairly thick and sturdy jar/bottle glass. Not borosilicate

Q: Can you etch a logo on these? And do you do it?

You can etch a logo on any glass. I don't bottle commercially, so what would be the point in paying money to etch a logo on my homebrews?

Q: Where can I find a brush to clean the inside of these bottles?

On Amazon, put in what height your bottles are and search. I always find my bottle brushes on Amazon. Plus, if in doubt about cleansing, I use Sani Rinse. I hope this helps.

Q: Is it possible to remove the red gasket and still have it sealed?

No. The red gasket is the airtight seal.
