Meh.
It’s more of a Ter-Stuffing than a Terducken. Almost no chicken or duck meat to be found. Way too expensive, especially after they tack on the unconscionable shipping charges. At 1/3 the price it’d be okay, but otherwise you’re just wasting money on the minor novelty.

Good but not quite what I expected.
I was given a range of days when the turducken would arrive. I assumed it would be well packed with ice packs. It was in a cooler but no ice packs and the roll was already defrosted., which arrived a couple days before the shipper anticipated. That meant my plans to serve the turducken for Christmas or, if necessary, Christmas Eve, had to be changed as I got the turducken on the 21st. You are supposed to cook fully defrosted poultry within one or two days even if you refrigerate it the whole time.Cooking it is simple. I roasted it in a foil-lined pan. I’m glad I did because after cooking, a lot stuck to the pan and would have been a struggle to clean. When the roll reached 165 degrees, i rested it, then sliced it. There was more stuffing and less meat than I thought there would be. In fact, there was a lot of the cornbread stuffing. The meat was good and since it was boneless, easy to eat. The stuffing had a good flavor but was pretty dry with a bit of a sandy feel. There was some heat, which was very nice. It was just the right amount of spice.I’m not sure you could really serve 8 people with this roll - particularly if there were all adults. I served the turducken with homemade cranberry orange sauce and that was a perfect accompaniment. The sauce brought moisture to the roll that it really needed.I’m not sure if I’d get it again. I always wanted to try a turducken. I’d say it was fun to try, easy to make and so-so as to being a satisfying, special meal. I’d probably choose a turkey or a duck rather than a turducken next time.

Delivered in fine shape
Delivered a few days early in the predicted time window, still frozen.. So all is well we have it in plenty of time to prepare for Thanksgiving. Will try to update after we eat.

It's better if you get the whole bird
No complaints about the quality or the taste. I have had better results when we have prepaired an entire turducken. It comes out juicier, easier to carve and makes for a better presentation.
