So first I want to start of by saying wow!! I work in healthcare and I’m constantly using antibacterial on my hands which has made my nails brittle and bendy I have tried so many products and hand creams, nothing has worked! Ideal if you don't like swallowing tablets . Nice flavour . Have been taking for a while now , I feel my hair has got a bit stronger

They don’t do much for my hair but they tasted amazing.

Taste so good I literally have to stop myself from eating them like sweets.

I ended up stopping once the gummy were finished as i couldn't take the taste anymore. But saw significant difference in my nail strength and my face/skin was a lot clearer while taking the gummies.

I lost my hair due to chemotherapy .It did start to come back but very very slow and more like baby fluff.As I used to have a fine head of hair ( as me Mam said ) I did get quite depressed about it.
