Works great
Used this on an undercabinet lighting project. I love this power supply because you can use a standard in wall dimmer to control it and it will therefore control your 12 V lighting accordingly.

Shine Bright Like a Diamond
Since we moved into our new house, our kitchen under cabinet lights have been a bit of a problem. They’d flicker or not come on at all. But guess what? We fixed it! We replaced the inverter with this one, and it’s been a game-changer. We haven’t had a single issue for over a year now, and the installation was a breeze for any DIYer.

Works as expected, mounting options could be more robust
Functionality of product is great. Have it paired with high output Hitlights led strip lights for under cabinet kitchen lighting. Device is mounted under cabinet and at max power does get a little warm but not so hot it warms the lower shelf inside the cabinet the way the halogen bulb fixture would. There is no humming and the LEDs dim great with a Lutron Maestro CL dimmer - no flicker what so ever at any setting and can be dimmed to point there is almost no light.Only negative is there are only two mounting notches that don’t allow for a very large fastener and the plastic around them is not very robust. Didn’t cause me issues but did make me be more aware during the install for fear of snapping one of the mounting tabs.

Low-profile Dimmable LED Driver w/ Excellent Dimming Behavior
I used two of these drivers in a kitchen accent lighting project. They are mated with Lutron Radio Ra2 lamp dimmers, powering 12v linear lighting. One is used to drive lighting above the cabinets, while the other is used to drive the lighting mounted below the island countertop. Lutron's dimmer is a forward-phase model, intended to dim magnetic low-voltage drivers. Fortunately, this driver, even thought it's of the ELV variety, it's designed to also work with "standard" forward-phase dimmers. The dimming is very linear, with no flicker at any dimming level. One driver is loaded to around 40 watts, while the other is very lightly loaded at 7 watts. Regardless, both drivers operate flawlessly and don't behave in a load-dependent way, which is how some drivers can behave. The low-profile case allows the driver to be mounted in areas with little height. In my situation, I've mounted it to the countertop. The driver is shorter than the 3/4" wood used in the cabinet. This allowed it to be placed above the drawer and it won't interfere with the drawer's movement. A+

Smooth dimming from 0 - 100%
We had just finished remodeling our first floor with all new cabinets. The contractor used very cheap transformers with under counter and toe kick lights, and they would flicker when dimmed to 50% or below. I replaced all their transformers with these, and not only do the lights have smooth flicker-less dimming all the way down to 0, the LEDs are even brighter than before. If you can access your transformer and are comfortable with some minor rewiring, these are a must have!

Gets very hot under very low loads.
I've got the 12v 60w model, and after having been on for about an hour, it's reaching about 140 F degrees. I expect it to get slightly warm, but this is ridiculously hot for such a low load. It's powering 6.5ft of hitlights LED tape at 2.4w/foot. So - about 16 watts. While it's a dimmable unit, this is without dimming at the source of AC. There's a dimmer post-transformer, and the lights are around 50% b right. So maybe I'm driving a total of 8-10 watts. For a 60w transformer to get to 140+ F degrees at such a low load is unacceptable. Will send back.
