Neater Room!
Bought these for a Grandson and they were delivered directly to his door, in another city.He needed easy to handle, sturdy totes, to store/transport, his “event” supplies, that he volunteers to do, at community venues.He was quite happy with them.

Great storage and moving
I have ordered these multiple times. Every time I was very happy with them. What I really like about them is the size, the durability, the strength, and the fact that they are lockable. I use them as storage in the garage and don’t have to worry about bugs getting in. They are also waterproof, at least in the rain.However, my last two orders have had broken boxes inside.When the first box came with broken boxes, I simply contacted Amazon and drove the 30 minutes away to Amazon return store and did the return and then drove 30 minutes back home. Within a few days, I received my next box of boxes and And I was happy and content.Then I ordered some more boxes since we are beginning to pack for a Move and wanted to store some things.Unfortunately, in that next order, there was also broken boxes. I was very dismayed and quite upset quite frankly. Out of six orders to have two of the boxes have broken items inside it was very disappointing.In my opinion, the broken boxes occurred by the shipping company.In my opinion, also, a different company should be used or packing needs to be improved.I’m still giving this four star review because the boxes themselves are fantastic. I will try buying some more again.

IRIS US Customer Support & Customer Service is VERY POOR!
I received broken bins and lids. I called customer support several times leaving messages with no response.7 Nov. I emailed customer support with pictures, order information explained damaged items.8 Nov. Iris US Celina Garcia, customer serv. rep. replied with the following info:Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that happened with your product. Do you know the exact model of your item? If not, can you send a picture of the label? Where was the original place of purchase? Can we have your shipping address, please? Could you check the bottom of the unit? The item will have a circle and an arrow pointing to which state it manufactured. (AZ, PA, TX or WI) This will help reduce instances such as this from occurring. Can you check for the second circle that has a number 1-12 and 2 numbers inside the circle?ATTACH PROOF OF PURCHASEATTACH PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS8 Nov. I emailed pictures to assist in their QC and provided all information requested.8 Nov. Iris US Rep. Celina Garcia Replied, Thank you for that information, I did go ahead and take care of this for you, we appreciate you reaching out to us. Shipping takes 10-14 business days.8 Dec. NO REPLACEMENTS ITEMS ARE YET TO BE RECVD FROM IRIS, PER CELINA GARCIA, IRIS US.9 Dec. Email reply sent to Celina Garcia, and phone calls to Iris US regarding, where are the replacement items for my broken bins & lids. No RESPONSE FROM THIS CO.!!!I provide them with all of their quality control info. in pics. to determine which facility is responsible, but they can't follow thru with sending out replacement items for already damaged merchandise??This company is very difficult to reach, I have never had anyone answer the phone number provided or return a message i have left (which have been several) and does not appear to follow thru with what they say.

Save the box in case you wanna return them, all my bins have issues, already recycled the box
Well I originally ordered this product (6 of 20 gallon all black storage totes with lids) because they are made in the USA. I actually didn't even look at the Iris brand name or research it at all. I just placed my order.Once the big box arrived my roommate let me know and I just unboxed the bins in the living room then immediately started ripping up the cardboard box they came in. We are required to cut cardboard into foot by foot pieces just to recycle it. I did notice little black plastic triangle pieces in the box but thought maybe those were produced during manufacturing of the bins. So I had a stack of kids and a stack of totes and three loose handles and destroyed shipping box.When I went to grab a bin from the stack the handle literally came off in my hand. I then realized that the totes all have issues with their handles. The small black plastic triangle pieces were actually broken tabs that retain the lockable handles. I will add images later.I imagine the bins were manufactured and assembled like any plastic items sold. Plastic products are ejected from the mold cavity after the injection cycle and while still warm snapped together. It's just easier to do when the plastic is still warm. So the handle might have all went on to the bins as designed and shipped out in good condition. And sure the colder winter temperatures might have played a role in this issue. But every tote has at least on handle/lock mechanism that is broken off and no longer usable. So none of my six totes latch completely and three the lid just sits on top of the bin because both sides are broken. These are 20 gallon good size, they look great in all black, but as far as transporting goes. Not that good on transporting them back to Amazon because I recycled the box. And the bins with no handle pieces or one handle only make carrying them awkward. I've added one photo that doesn't show much but the two red arrows point towards an indented area, if you look close the black plastic has turned to a grey color indicating stress was there. The Blue line is just the broken edge of the plastic. I will get better images.So to clarify, a return would require me shipping these bins back to the manufacturer. I can't do that so I am stuck with them.There are a lot of factors that cause plastic products to break. During manufacturing of the molten plastic can't flow through the mould and completely fill the cavity then certain areas of any product might not be as strong as designed. The mould temperature is important in that it helps the molten plastic flow everywhere it needs to go. By looking at the bins I can see that the area that supports the handles/latching ability and mounting is the furthest point the plastic has to travel to fill the mould cavity. This might be the issue idk. I just know that returning requires shipping the item back in a box and I no longer have the box.Thank you.

100% - Items as described. No issues.
These are great, exactly as described. Mine items came in clean and undamaged. I was nervous ordering based on the other reviews of damage but that was not the case. No parts were missing, not cracked and full assembled. I think the reviews for damage is more of a shipping transport issue than a manufacturer issue.

(Used purchase Missing parts and pet hair
I really like the boxes, but I made the mistake of purchasing them used. Boxes arrived covered in pet hair (I can’t tell if it’s cat or dog). Also, one of the handles is missing so for 1 of the boxes it only closes on 1 side. Delivered with missing parts.
