High quality, flavor free, no grittiness - perfect way to get in more fiber
This is a great option for adding fiber to your daily intake. I mix it in water and it dissolves easily, has no noticeable odor or flavor, and isn't gritty at all. You can also easily mix it into other liquids and you won't notice it at all.

So many great features about this fiber
This fiber is outstanding! Put a scoop in a glass, pour warm/hot water over it and mix. It has no taste and it works really well. I thought I would have to see a Dr - not now! Let Nature cure you. Microingredients has responsible packaging without bulky plastic containers and great value for the money.

Yes - I LOVE this one!
I use this every day. I’ve been working on my gut health for a year now, and this is so easy (unflavored) to add to anything I’m having for breakfast for lunch. Other types of fiber hurt my stomach, but this one doesn’t and does the job - both for feeding my gut bacteria and bowel movements (noticeable improvement on both). It also is such a large supply - which should last me a year. Grateful to have a fiber that works for me, easy to put in just about any food, and at a great price!

Good product overall
I have noticed an improvement in my gut/bowel health. I already take Benefiber and added this into the same glass. Overall I like the product but I don't like the taste/smell too much and it doesn't dissolve well very well.

Best Bang for your Buck, Good Calories, Works
I total up about 20-25mg a day (you're supposed to get over 30 daily, I leave the rest to diet) which for most fiber supplements would break the wallet, leaving us deficient or eating overly caloric food to get there. This does its job and I don't gain or bloat from it - sometimes it makes me a bit gassy but hey whaddya expect.I pour the whole bag into a lined tin because using the bag is messy and I use my own scooper (which would be 4 scoops w the scooper provided). The trick is to add water and a shaker to your lidded bottle (don't even bother stirring unless you want to stand there forever) BEFORE you put powder in. If the bottle doesn't have a bit of water at the bottom, the powder sticks down there. After I do that, I top it off with some Kirkland unsweetened vanilla almond milk from Costco and a chocolate Premier protein. On its own I think it tastes like very very mild bran cereal, it's totally inoffensive. With those things you can barely taste it if at all. It just thickens & adds a sort of yeasty richness to the shake. It's very tasty. I'm sure it'd pair well with many nut & soy milks, maybe even regular milk (though I hate the stuff). It WILL dissolve it you work it right, even with thick liquids: Use a shakeable bottle! Start with that bit of water & a shaker! SHAKE the devil out of it! And voila, you get creamy results with 0, I'm talking zero, graininess. It's easy to wash out too. I use a bit of hot water and it comes right out.It works, even if I skip a dose here or there. I'm regular. Daily. Never miss a day - I use to go 2x a week. I feel like a new person every morning😂 You could probably get away with half the dose I do if you eat a lot of bread and carbs (I try not to) and then you'd double how long it takes me to go through the bag, which for me is still about a month to a little over, even though I'm about quadrupling the stated dose - not bad at all for the price. Highly recommend.

Great product!
Within one day of using this, my BM was completely normal. No side effects or discomfort in the gut. I mix with water and it has no taste at all. I’m going to have my husband take this too and see if it helps him with all hi GI issues. I will definitely be buying again.

Great addition to normal diet.
Great to add to am coffee. I don’t notice any flavor or aftertaste. Virtually undetectable but for a minuscule amount of body added to liquid. It’s effective & gentle when used everyday. Not at all an emergency solution. More like a supplement for long term.

Good Price, Very Hard to Blend into Drinks, Not My Favorite Inulin
In recent years I stumbled across inulin as an easy, natural, and dare I say healthy way of staying regular and supporting gut health. The first bottle I tried of inulin was a different, but well known brand. It lasted a good long while, I don't take it religiously every day, more like several days a week. It blended fairly easily into beverages, and had a slightly sweet and pleasant taste. I had no intestinal discomfort, and it was helpful especially for postpartum when staying regular can be challenging but necessary with all the new demands on your body.Once my bottle ran out I knew I wanted more. This inulin came out as the winner for the least expensive. It's organic and seemed to be reputable, so I went with it.I've now been using this for several months, again with a regularity of several times a week. I now see that not all inulin is the same, and perhaps there is more to which kind of food the inulin is coming from. The effects as far as I can tell are similar, if not as strong. It seems to take affect roughly 24 hours after consuming, on average. Sometimes I can't even tell I've taken any. This could be due in part to the serving size difference. The other brand I took recommended a level teaspoon, 4g, while this includes a scoop that is roughly 2.6g. I suppose I could try taking a touch more to see if it has a similar affect as the other. The main reason I docked two stars is because this particular inulin I find difficult to mix into things, as well as the taste. It won't mix into water or any other cold or room temperature liquids. It clumps up and sticks to your glass, so that you have to get a spoon to scrape it out and basically eat it. Why add it to a beverage if it does that. It works well enough in smoothies, but I don't make smoothies all that often. The best success I've had is mixing it into my morning coffee, but it has to be done in a precise way. I have to add it to my cup first, then add some frothed milk, then coffee. Even then, it may or may not dissolve into my coffee, but it has the highest chance of doing so. If I add the inulin last, it won't dissolve in. If I add the inulin, then coffee, then milk, it won't mix in. It's terribly fussy and really limits how I can consume it without getting large chunks in my drinks or worse, it all just sticking to the bottom. I honestly wouldn't mind the chunks all that much except I don't much care for the taste of this inulin. I enjoyed the other one. This one I do not. For these two reasons, I would not buy this product again, but would return to the original brand I purchased. If you make frequent smoothies or blend it into oatmeal or find some other way to easily dissolve it into food or drink and don't mind the subtle taste (and you can't really taste it much if at all when properly blended), then this inulin would be a good choice.
