The unit as a whole is a very nice unit and we would consider purchasing more for our training centers but the battery will not hold a charge. It is constantly prompting for recharge even though the unit has been charged overnight numerous times. Can we get a replacement battery?

It looks identical to an AED, it has the pads, it has the feel of one. Opened it up and started looking it over. It does all the parts, but the instructions are hard to understand and getting it to do things can be difficult. it might be a learning curve, so I didn't take off a lot for that. However, the bigger part is that the charging adapter is for European outlets. So I will need to locate a US plug version. Shouldn't be too bad, voltage is 12V/1A, so I might even have one laying around, just need to check polarity. The remote makes it easy to do examinations/practice since you can simulate different situations. This will be very useful at our church so we can properly train our staff and volunteers without the need to pull out the functional AED and run it down or possibly "fire" the AED. This is something all places should have if they require AED training or provide it to groups.

So, although this is in English, the power plug is not US. It is a round two-prong plug. So you either need to buy an adapter or you aren't using it.The batter had very little charge and from I could see, it works and probably would have received a good rating from me. However, the fact that it was not made for US use makes me rank it only 1 star because it is sold for US use.The manufacturer needs to either include an adapter or put a standard US plug in here.Overall, it looks nice, just wish it could be used in the US.I hope this review was helpful.

I recently took a CPR class and understanding the importance of being prepared has never felt more necessary. I was glad to find this here where it's very similar to the one's in our class and realizing it's just as easy to use. While I don't have a practice dummy at home, the functions are about the same and it comes with an instruction manual to help clarify any doubts. I'm excited to to use this and prepare for my CPR certification!

More than just a basic AED Trainer. Has multiple training modes/scenarios that the instructor can control with a remote. Definitely takes practice to use effectively, but would is a great tool to use for more advanced CPR/AED training.
