Well Made! Screw handle allows to make it smaller for storage. After the pizza slide off the rack we decided it was time. Also a better made slicer than the one we'e had.

Both work great for a great price. Don’t put the peel in the dishwasher or it gets discolored. Works fine but looks weird after.

Overall it seems very sturdy and is easy to hold, since it's pretty light. Dough seems to stick to it unless you have alot of flour on it though.

This is a high quality item. Made right , no alibi needed. Handle folds as advertisedand locks tight when extended. it does what it should.Shipping was n 3 days and I didn't ask for light speed shipping.I ordered two..one for me and one for my son . I consider both to be wise investments in launching pizza into our pizza ovens.

Easy to assemble and I had so much fun using it with my wood fire pizza oven. The cutter did a great job. I’m very happy with my selection of this pizza peel and cutter. I will definitely buy this again if I need a gift or a replacement. Cheers!

Perfect for a small 12 inch Pizza Oven. The Cutter is an added bonus as well as the Protective bag for the peel. I am using this with a Gormia Pizza oven and have had no issues. I have also had no reason to collapse the Peel so it's always ready to go.
