Arch support is great, quality, fit. Slip resistant.

I’m not a fan of inserts you have to cut. I am a left handed girl living in a scissors-for-right-handed-people’s-world! So, note to lefties: use a box cutter or exacto knife. As long as you cut it well the fit for an average size 8 is great. I can use this in snow/hiking/fancy boots, running or athletic shoes, and other casual closed toe shoes like “Bobs” or “Toms”, for example. The pain relief is so great I definitely know when I need to replace these because my lower back immediately starts to hurt. They last me about 6 months so if you are super active/go to the gym every day, or spend a lot of time on concrete, you may need to replace them more often. I’m giving these 4 stars because I do wish they lasted longer, but for the price point and quality I think it’s a good deal.

These are a game changer for me! I'm old as dirt, working in a large warehouse environment as a cashier. Standing on concrete all day is rough & by the end of a shift my knees & bottom of my feet are screaming in pain. I've tried every imaginable insert but found these on Amazon so thought I would give them a try. Put them in my old ratty shoes I've been wearing for months & almost immediately I could tell a difference. I just bought a new pair of sneakers, but the fancy inserts that came with the shoes were not comfortable, so I took these out of the old shoes and wow, what a difference! They are not going to be a miracle cure, but I'm finding much less pain in my knees & bottom of my feet than before. For the money, I definitely recommend trying!

When my shoe insert gets to lay and uncomfortable, it's time to order a shoe insert. So comfortable, cushy, helps with pain and discomfort. Highly recommend. Great price. Convenient.

Maybe not enough cushion but it’s actually causing me pain in the ankle area after using them. Pain was gone after a switch to old one

I'm a nurse, and I have always purchased superfeet inserts, which are pretty expensive. I decided to try these with my latest new pair of work shoes, and I am really happy with them so far. They seem to have a good amount of rigidity at the arch (but not so much as to be uncomfortable), but seem to offer more cushion through the heel than superfeet. They are a bit flimsier and probably don't last quite as long (would be my guess), but I actually think I like the product better! Will repurchase.

i deal with knee and lower back pain. my wife suggested i give these a try. i believe they make a difference and glad i heeded her advice. i feel more "sure footed" with these inserts (and suspect it translates to knee and lower back health. give them a try; the price is right.
