great for hand exercise
I am pleased with this purchase. I had lost some hand strength. I use these egg-shaped stress balls frequently and am definitely feeling improvement with hand strength.

Good to squish!
Wonderful! I have arthritis in both hands. Exercise helps keep them nimble. These balls fit well in my small hands, are easy to squish yet give good resistance. They are durable, clean, wash easily, and travel well. I'd buy them again.

worked well for me during a procedure that was done with a local. Not sure of the durability as I squeezed the heck out of it. But it has bounced back.

Great resistance exercise
I’m using it to strengthen my fingers after a wrist fracture. Six weeks in a cast made my fingers stiff.. I like the rubbery feel. Nice resistance. Better in my opinion than a foam stress ball.

Disappointing alternative to other gum drop stress balls
I bought this stress ball hoping it would be a more affordable option compared to the Nee Doh Gum Drop, but it’s not even close. It’s way too firm, making it hard to squish, and it actually hurts my hand when I try to use it. It’s also smaller than I expected and is smaller than my palm.The texture is also disappointing—it feels cheap and not nearly as satisfying as I hoped. If you’re looking for a soft, squishy stress reliever, this isn’t it. I’d recommend spending a little more for something better.It’s not completely useless, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Exactly what l needed
I have berm having problems with my thumb on my right hand; regarding gripping. I didn't want the traditional metal squeeze had grip l once used as gymnast as l knew it would be impossible to use. I had gotten way past that. This new style allowed me the gentle exercise l needed to help build up my strength, get blood flowing and even use to mildly massage my hand by repositioning it differently each 5 or so squeezes. Exactly what l was hoping for. I have yet 5o use the 2nd. It's great that it came with 2 different pressures.
