Perfect size for clean clear water
We had previously had a larger gravity feed water feeder for our furbabies but after many years of service we had to replace it. I always had difficulty with the weight on the old one and never felt like I was getting the plastic base cleaned well. This new one is fantastic. The bowl is stainless steel and removeable so that I can run it theou the dishwasher to get it completwly sanitized. The watet bottle portion is the perfect size for me to handle and the filter keeps from spilling any water in setting it up. Keeps the water at the perfect level even with multiple pets.

Great for multiple pets. Easy to keep clean, too!
I love this water dispenser! So happy that I can also buy disposable filters for our pets water bowl. The old electric fountain we had constantly had to be cleaned because of mold and hair that would accumulate in the motor. Now I can just clean the bowl and replace the filter every few months with no issues. We bought this because it was large enough to hold water for both our cats and our large dog. I’m not having to refill it every other day. Very sturdy and is super easy to use while providing clean water easily.

Great
I love this! It’s easy to clean, stainless steel, and it doesn’t make a mess at all when you put the jug on the base like a lot of these kinds of water feeders. I noticed a lot of reviews saying it’s hard to clean the white round piece because it has so many little crevices, but I found recently that Amazon sells a 4 pack of those for 9.99, so they are replaceable filter systems which is super nice! Only flaw I think this system has is the hole for the jug is small and you can’t get a sponge or brush in there to really clean it. Otherwise my dogs love it and so do I!

questionable non-BPA jug
My cats have transitioned from water fountain to water fountain and this time was no different. I like the slope that descends from the jug to the bowl. The slope helps to keep the dirty, bowl water separate from and non-invasive of the clean water coming from the jug or within the jug itself. The next gen water filter was pretty mysterious to me at first. It's too bad that the fountain couldn't have been built with a filter housing instead of requiring entirely new filtration pods.Overall, the fountain is great in how it does what it does. Unfortunately, the jug does not "feel" non-BPA, I know, I'm odd. Further, the non-BPA stamp is missing from the jug. Grrrraaaaaa, I'm back to Pyrex.

Well worth the money-4 dogs
So I’ve actually purchased the biggest one and the smallest. I can’t even express how wonderful it is to not have to refill water bowls 8 times a day. We’ve got 4 big dogs, and filled up, has lasted about 5 days!Just something to know, the little filter piece does get moldy after about a year, at which point I replaced the entire system because for $60, I’m happy to. The actual bottle my dog have flipped and rolled it all over the house as well as scratched the aluminum. It’s held up perfectly and looks brand new with punctures.

So Far So Good
So far so good. We have 2 medium sized dogs and one cat who loves water. The cat was developing cat acne from the previous water feeder that was all plastic. We switched to the metal bowl (no update on if that helped yet or not). Setup was easy. Filling it up was easy. With the large size we got, after filled to the top, it can get quite heavy. Should last for 5-7 days, though. And the mat that came with the water feeder was an added bonus.

Convenient and Sturdy
We are very happy with this item. Both our dogs (70 lbs and 12 lbs) use this. It saves with time not having to fill up their water dish so often. We have had zero problems. It did take a couple days for our 70 lbs 1 year old to get used to since he was a bit nervous seeing something new and would get jumpy when the water would make the sound when refilling. So we suggest giving it a couple days for your fur babies to get used to.

Good Water Dispenser, But Cleaning and Design Flaws Need Addressing
I've been using the RIZZARI 8L Automatic Pet Waterer for several months now for my two dogs and two cats, and overall, it's a decent product with a few caveats. It does what it's supposed to: provides a constant supply of filtered water. The large capacity is great, meaning I don't have to refill it constantly, which is a big plus with multiple pets. One of the things I appreciate is that it filters the water. I also like the transparent design, which makes it easy to see when it's time for a refill. The stainless steel bowl is also a good feature; it's durable and easy to wipe clean. However, there are a couple of things I've had to work around. My large dog tends to make a mess when drinking, splashing water everywhere. To mitigate this, I added a large, flat river rock to the bowl, which surprisingly helps a lot. It limits the amount of water he can get at once, and it's easy to sanitize along with the bowl. While the splashing is likely a common issue with large dogs, it's something to consider. I also use a smaller litter box underneath the dispenser to catch any drips and protect my hardwood floors. The biggest issue I have is with the design of the dispenser itself. There are two small, unenclosed areas (one on each side) that collect water and are incredibly difficult to clean thoroughly. These are essentially little bowls with very sharp corners, making them nearly impossible to reach and properly sanitize. This is a major design flaw, as it can become a breeding ground for bacteria and mold. These areas need to be enclosed and sealed for better hygiene. Additionally, the little rubber "feet" that came with the dispenser for traction fell off long ago and didn't last.Despite these cleaning and design issues, the RIZZARI waterer is still functional for my needs. The large capacity and filtration system are definite positives. However, potential buyers should be aware of the difficult-to-clean areas and be prepared to find solutions for splashing if they have a messy drinker. If RIZZARI addresses these design flaws, especially the cleaning issue by enclosing and sealing those areas, it would be a much-improved product.
