The first change I noticed after taking MyBiotics was that within three days my endurance and strength had improved by the end of my daily 1/2 mile swim in the North Atlantic.After another week or so, I my skin had become thicker (stronger?) and clearer. I love this product, it changes my life! I was struggling with constipation and bloating for many years. It was painful and very uncomfortable. My weight could go up few pounds in just few days. for two weeks I was suffering from an irritated bowl. My doctor put me on a BRAT diet, Banana, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast, he also suggested I go on some pro biotics. I ordered these from Amazon. I started taking two capsules a day for a week. The pre pro biotics made my symptoms slow then stopped. I continued taking them once a day. They are Pricey for the amount of tablets you get in a bottle. I’m looking for a cheaper alternative. This product Worked well, I had no side effects. besides making me very regular. I would recommend this product.

I like the backstory and the idea of this product, but it is very expensive and the results are questionable.My plan is to try it for about 6 months and see if there is any appreciable difference after compared to before using it.Time will tell if it is worth using or just a good story.

I have been consuming this product for several weeks now and have felt a noticeable difference in my overall “gut health.” Prior to this product, I consumed generic OTC probiotic gummies and didn’t notice any significant impact. After a few days of consuming this product, my bloating and stomach discomfort started to subside and I felt more regular. I noticed that my reoccurring skin break outs started to subside and I was able to manage my symptoms much easier. This is not a magic pill, but really helped provide my body the additional boost to remove the toxins/waste causing my skin issues. I consume 3 capsules 1x a day. I drop the capsules into water and let them dissolve for quicker absorption. I add a little bit of crystal light to improve the taste.
