As others have said, the holes don’t line up perfectly, but they are close. Biggest complaint is that it doesn’t come with instructions. Had to figure it out with YouTube videos. Looks great installed though!

The padded area cannot be taken apart and it just doesn’t. Fit.
There is no way that it fits on my SUV’s arm rest. It cannot be used to replace my old current armrest. The plastic portion of the are rest is black in color. It should be a wood grain color.

Good product
This was a very good replacement that was fairly easy to install. There were some alignment issues with the screws, and they can be rectified by using the original bottom plate.

Not padded like OEM concole.
The box contains no instructions. Consult You Tube.To install the cover you must first remove the plastic cover from the underside of the console top to allow access to the four mounting screw locations.Probably best to just break of the two plastic alignment pins before you start, as they will most likely break while you are trying to install the cover onto the hinge if you don't.Life will be easier if you screw one of the oem attaching screws in all four holes before you try to attach the cover to the hinge.The only thing I really did not like was that there is not discernible padding under the console top covering. So if you drive with your elbow resting on the center console be fore warned.The cover color was a perfect match. It opens and closes as the original and appears to be constructed in the same manner.
