Was a wedding present.Very nice,the husband was very pleased with the watch.The certificate was with it as well easy to too sort out.

No watch!! Box only!!
Order came - without watch!!! Box etc. all there, just no watch. Had a nightmare of a few days trying to find out what has happened and what is going to happen re: replacement/refund. Had to chase Amazon on this. From reading reviews, I can see this is not the first time this has happened. Very worrying.
