Terrible
These "wipes" are dry like tissues. Have they got anything on/in them? Who knows? They dont look/smell/feel like they have, and did absolutely nothing. Just a very expensive tissue if you ask me.

Amazing took the ball point ink right off leather chair

Did not work on my chair.
I had biro marks on my chair. This was of the best quality hide with a polished finish, similar to that used in the old fashioned Chesterfield sofas. The stain did fade, but sadly, so did the colour. The conditioner supplied did not help. Fortunately, the stain is out of direct sight. The product would probably work fine on different finishes.

Disaster waiting to happen
A six inch pen mark on the middle of a seat cushion on our brand new, brown leather, M&S Abbey sofa led us to purchase this product. We followed the instructions to the letter and tested it somewhere unseen and it was just as well.Hydrochloric acid couldn't have had a much worse reaction to the leather on the test site.First it removed the ink and then went on to remove the die, and eventually started to disintegrate the leather.Only the swift application of copious water saved the leather.Had we applied it to the face of the seat it would have all but ruined a £1500 sofa.I would advise anybody to give this a wide berth and employ a specialist repairer instead.
