This is a much better alternative to low smoke point oils. The size is perfect as I use it for everything even if it doesn’t require high heat. This is also a healthy solution that doesn’t add unwanted smell, taste, or color to your food.

I love Chosen Foods Avocado Oil. It's 100% pure avocado oil, as was independently tested. Avocado oil is neutral tasting and I use it to make homemade mayonnaise and Caesar salad dressing. Hellmann's and Best Food's mayonnaise uses unhealthy soy bean oil. The avocado oil is let down by the plastic bottle. Chemicals laden with PFAS and BPA are used as plasticizers to soften plastic and BPA Free is a gimmick. Even if plastic is made BPA Free, which this bottle is not, there are thousands of other dangerous chemicals, like BPS and BPF, used to soften and form plastic. For $30 I would expect a glass or inert stainless steel bottle.
