My faction the range
This is my favourite rub in this range. I use about a third of the tin on a kilo of drumsticks or wings. Let it sit at room temp for an hour or two and then airfry. The taste is amazing. It is a great quality rub and though a little pricier than other bbq mixes I have used it is the most effective and tasty marinade. Always keep a few in my cupboard. I would definitely recommend you try this. It is not spicy and has the most awesome Smokey taste.

Have the full range of Cape rubs and every single one is superb, bit of a find these are, these are traditional rubs but very good quality and not salty, everybody as good as the in fashion Angus and Oink rubs and a whole lot better than some.of the other best selling rubs, very impressed.
