Great quality.
I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve tried many magnesium glycinate powders and capsules. This is by far the best I’ve purchased. It mixes instantly without any clumps and it doesn’t taste unbearable. It still has that magnesium glycinate taste, but it’s not as foul. As usual with good magnesium glycinate, you feel the results immediately on your mood, nerves and muscles.

Awful reaction
It was very bad for me, i had an awful reaction stomach pain for about 2 weeks, took it a month ago and even know i have that strange feeling that gave me

Extortionate
As magnesium salts go, this one is fairly expensive. Epsom salts are a tiny fraction of the price, as long as you stay close to the loo.
