My family and I have tried many variations of quinoa and this is my favorite brand! It cools easily in the rice cooker doubling in size! This makes it a great in price ! A little goes along way. My family uses this as our rice replacement so it’s great that it has such a high protein content. My husband likes that’s there is different colors . All in all this is such a quality find!
