I got this to help with a tear in my cartilage. It just unfortunately made it worse and hurts bad.

Made well, easy to wear, wish it was a little more adjustible. Gives my wrist a little support and structure while working all day

This wrist widget is great for an active person that plays racquet sports and has TFCC wrist pain. It does not hinder wrist movement as it hugs the Ulnar TFCC area and reduces pain.

I followed the listing --- measured my wrist and it was about 5.5 inches. Per the chart I chose a large. Absolutely not. It was too big. When I put the wrap tight enought to give me the right amount of support, I can't Velcro it because the Velcro is only at a certain spot.Edit: I returned the large and bought a medium. It's still too big, where the velcro only connects right at the edge. If I want to tighten it abit more so it's more rigid against my wrist, then the Velcro connects to nothing.Reiterating that when I measured my wrist, it was about 5.5 inches. The chart is VERY wrong if the medium doesn't even fit. I'm likely going to have to return and then buy a small.

I LOVE it. I am 6 weeks post op distal radius fracture surgery. I really need the hole exactly where it is. I have a small wrist and the small fit perfectly. I wear it when I’m doing light things. Still use a full brace sleeping leave the house and at fitness class.
