I deducted a start because it arrived cracked and I don't have patience for the back and forth. Nothing a little glue couldn't fix.

Poorly made and arrived broken
Perfect size but poorly made. It arrived cracked and separated on one side. I would blame the handling but the whole product looks cheaply made. Visible glue everywhere and thin feeling. I tried to return it but don't want the hassle of having to drop it off because it's not my fault. I'm going to keep it and try to glue it in the two spots because the holes fit my husband's wider pens.

Holes are not consistent
I dislike that the holes are not uniform in size and some from the second row are misaligned to the top row.
