The Design and Quality are Great!
The design of the hangboard is really thoughtful and user-friendly. Clutches of different sizes allow us to diversify workouts, which accelerates development. One of the most effective ways to train at home. it's very nicely sanded, I feel the texture of the tree.Also, the material quality was much better than I expected, I think it will last a long time.

Finish makes it impossible for real training
This would be a fantastic product if not for the finish. It smells heavily of gas and slips anytime you grip something heavy. Then the finish stays on your fingers for a while until you wash with something that will de grease your hands:) if you are serious about training grip strength at all this is a waste of $50. If this is casual still most likely a waste but probably less so.

Great to keep nearby
I enjoy keeping this nearby when I have some time to kill and just work on my grip strength with anything nearby.

Edge is too sharp
The edge is really sharp. It scrapped off my skin really bad.
