I love making a tea with saffron, I use it for reducing anxiety, mood stability just feeling good overall. It provides a subtle yet noticeable calmness to my mind and body. First time using Saffron! I diluted a small amount in warm water for 30 minutes before adding to the rinse cycle. Love the mild scent - not overpowering at all. For a first-time buyer like myself, it's well-priced and the quantity seems perfect.
