I have only one word for this service cleaner, "FANTASTIC", it is the best tool I ever purchased, really an amazing product and saves so much time , I cleaned my patio that usually takes me about 4 to 5 hours and with this tool it only took me a little less than an hour and so easy to use, again great product, it is worth the money, thanks.,

I used an 1800 PSI electric sprayer and it seemed to do a pretty good job. I did NOT pretreat the area at all. The Four Wheels rolled effortlessly over my driveway, the extention arms attached easy and did NOT leak. The base cleaned up easy because of the stainless steel. Great product for the price!

Driveway, patio and walkways at my house are concrete. Living in the U.S. South means buildup of dark mold in the pore spaces of the concrete, which makes it necessary to pressure-wash at least once a year to get rid of the discoloration. With my Kärcher unit I was getting a 4-inch wide swath, which made concrete cleaning a very lengthy affair, with back pain to follow.This surface cleaner is making my work about four times as fast. Making a wide, clean swath on the driveway with it is like walking a slow dog on a leash. No effort is required in holding the unit down, as it used to be with just my pressure wand. Its 4 wheels roll easily, even on the concrete seams. On the very first try, I cleaned a very large part of the driveway in just minutes.Two notes --(1) Not a detriment, just an observation: this unit loosens the dirt and mold, but it doesn't rinse it away (unless the driveway is on a steep slope). At the end of the work, I briefly switched back to the pressure wand with a wide nozzle to blow away the dirty water before the concrete could dry again.(2) The unit looks nice but it is not 100% stainless steel. A test magnet will hold on to the main shell and the wheels. If dirt and moisture are left on its underside, I expect it to rust over time. Also, my storage hut can get hot and humid, and steel tools can deteriorate in that atmosphere.I wish the manufacturer would offer a high-grade stainless-steel option so I don't have to always make sure it's 100% clean and dry before putting it away. I'd pay extra for having a unit that will never rust.

I was impressed by how good this washer really is. It moved around with ease, seems very well built, and I have used it a few times with a consistent experience.

This product exceeded my expectations on multiple levels. Most importantly, it delivered consistent, commercial grade results over a large area. I had it connected to my Sun Joe electric power washer that delivers around 2000 psi. water pressure. I prepared the concrete surface with Simple Green and 30 Seconds Mold & Mildew Cleaner & Stain Remover products. I did this project 2-3 years ago with just the power washer it made a huge mess around my landscape and against my house. And it took forever to get done as it left cleaning lines in the concrete surface where I was unable to keep the tip of the power washer from getting too close. This product solved so many problems and delivered fantastic results. Super easy to use. Fundamentally, if you can push a vacuum cleaner you can use this product. Its quiet and keeps the mess to an absolute minimum. I hope my before-and-after pictures help you see how well it works.

Just received this a few days ago from today: 5/29/2024. I've been using my 3100psi 2.5 GPM pressure washer with various tips to clean my driveway and back yard patio deck for years now. Works great, but does take some time. For my situation I only need to do it every other year really. It take some time as I have a lot of surface area to cover - long double wide driveway. Lots of covered patio and large patio going lengthways next to external garage. Takes many hours before I got this! It's also fun to use!Worked right out of the box, just quick connected to two extension rods to it and other end to my existing pressure washer wand (where the swappable tips normally go). It put the unit at a good distance out in front of me and was easy to prep. Use it like a carpet vacuum cleaner pushing and pulling it to/from yourself directly out in front. Though using this is faster, don't expect to go as fast as vacuuming your carpets. Take your time and you'll figure out what the right pace is. Otherwise you'll have to cover areas where you went too fast, or was really thick/nasty/etc. I didn't time anything but I would say it's 5-6x faster using this than just the wand. Also, being on 4 wheels it's easier on you as well. It just glides back and forth with little effort.Now the Cons: In having 2 pieces that make up the extension from your pressure washer gun to the unit if you try/need to go side to side you can feel the extensions flex a little. No leaks, but I quickly learned that you shouldn't try to go side to side with this setup. Replacing the 2 included extensions with one single 36" extension (separate order) would probably solve this and I plan to do later on, but wanted to mention. I'm sure they made it 2 piece to keep the box size down since the unit is a 16" wide one. This is the only con I have so far, otherwise great product to date!Notice: Anyone considering one of these types of attachments please ensure you follow the recommended specs for you pressure washer in order to obtain good results. Just having one doesn't mean you have a big enough pressure washer for it to work well. Mine again is 3100psi at 2.5gpm and this one works well with it.
