I give this to my dogs for their joints and soft tissue due to old injuries....it really works....my only problem is that storing it and keeping it fresh is not so easy....I do as suggested on google...in the fridge with a piece of kitchen roll to keep the damp off...but some of it still goes soggy....

I use turmeric in food, as an anti inflammatory and grate it with ginger and lemon to make tea which I drink several litres of each day.These guys provide a superb product. Clean good sized pieces, fresh and not too large and tough or small and weedy.Really delighted.Will be using them again when I run out.

I ordered the Turmeric (1.5Kg) only 36 hours before it was delivered by royal mail, so this supplier (Freshfields Market) have to be commended on their delivery speed. The Turmeric was loose in a box about 20cm x 25cm x20cm, and not in a bag, but this wasn't an issue as I was preparing it immediately anyway. The box was secure though, so really wasn't a problem. The average size of the Turmeric pieces was about 10cm long and about 2-3cm thickness. Obviously there were a few smaller ones but there was no sign of aging or deterioration at all, indeed as I said in the headline, this is the best Turmeric I have ever bought. Well done Freshfields Market!
