I absolutely love this thing! It helps when I have back pain and I get instant relief & it helps me when I have difficulty sleeping. Sometimes I’ll use it after the gym and it helps tighten things up in the mid section! It’s easy to use, the material is super nice, the heating is also adjustable and amazing and allows me to fold it up neatly & store it under my bed.

It’s comfortable and easy to use. I do recommend getting some kind of bag liner. It’s very cozy and works up a sweat. It’s a great product, but if I had to do over, I might look at a sweat and light box combo. This fit my needs of apartment living.

It arrived on time. Unit heats up very well. I definitely broke a sweat. I use Turkish towels to line the bottom and top while lying inside.I recommend this sauna blanket.

I did not sweat at all, it will keep you warm. I did not like the feeling of being inside a black bag

This thing has given me my quality of life back. I just cannot properly detox and with this, I'm good for days. Joints feel great, mind feels clear. Worth every penny.Something to note, although not a complaint personally - if you're a real big person, this might be too small. Maybe I missed where the dimensions are, or maybe its not listed. I'm small so I didn't give it much consideration. My fiance is 5'11" though and very muscular. He barely fits in this thing. I zip it all up for him because a decent sized guy just doesn't have much room to move in here without undoing zippers. I'd say if you're under 6ft and under 200lbs, this should work just fine. If you're real close to that, you may need a hand. That's cool but I understand not everyone has an extra hand available.

Love this in winter when I need to heat up and get a good sweat session in. It helps to warm your bones from the freezing winter. I like to put a yoga block under my head to relax and red light therapy on my face :)

This thing is THE BEST!! I love it so much……and use it several times per week. I’d like to get in the habit of using it everyday!!!I loved mine so much that I bought three more to give as Christmas gifts. One recipients husband and daughter loved hers so much…..that I’m going to buy one for each of them!!It’s the most awesome thing that I never knew that I needed!!!
