I am a dieitian. I got these for my office at home.They are colorful and include a lot of good quality pictures. They have good information as well and would be helpful if educating kids or adults about nutrition or healthy eating. They are on the smaller side, so you have to be fairly close to it to read it all but the pictures help readability from farther away. I'd like to get some frames for them so they don't get ripped, but the material is stronger than regular paper so they will last even if not framed.Good value for sure, and I like that they have a poster about phytonutrients and the reasons to get foods of different colors since I bring that up a lot!

They provide considerable good information about food items. An ideal kitchen accessory for planning meals. The plastic laminate is easily mounted for display. A good value.
