Great addition to my RAV4!
This 4K dash camera is exactly what I've been searching for. It arrived promptly, and the packaging was in great condition. The camera package includes an installation tool, power cord, cables, installation manual, and a 64GB micro SD card. The lens comes protected by a thin, peelable film, and all connectors are carefully wrapped in protective foam.The main shell boast a sleek glossy black finish, which perfectly matches the vehicle. The included manual offers detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, making installation a breeze even for non-professionals. When removing the original shell you'd better to be gentle :-) (the plastic tool minimizes the risk of damage, but care is needed to avoid breaking internal clips). Does not work with 2023 Rav4 Hybrid
The App used with this dash cam will not connect, and it interferes with the Toyota App rendering it virtually useless. The product also did not come with an SD card as advertised. Overall pretty disappointing.

Missing Micro SD card
The micro SD card case was empty. I only received the camera and connectors

Great cam easy install
The app is a little hard to connect to the wifi due to the toyota wifi but using a device not connected to the toyota wifi make it easy

Easy installation
The media could not be loaded. To be honest it was super easy to install.The video quality is exceptional, it has a microphone and the videos can be downloaded without problem.

Installation was a bit challenging but it all worked out
I'm not a car person so it was a bit challenging for me to remove the cover and put it back on. Besides the cover, everything was easy and the camera is pretty much plug and play. I like how it was able to use the rain sensor to provide power so it doesn't need to run a cable to the cigarette plug.The app was easy to set up, just downloaded it from Google Play (Android), install it and follow the on screen instruction to connect to the camera. I'm still playing around with the settings so it can see the license plate of the vehicle in the front more clearly at night. It's easy to download videos from the SD card to my phone.
