This castle tumbler is sturdy and adorable and does not scratch as easily as others I have.

This Castle Tumbler is very nice. It keeps your drink cold for some time. The lid is easy to get on and off. The colors are very vivid and bright. I would recommend this item.

I put ice water in it before leaving to work one time . Forgot the cup and when I got home 9 and a half hours later there was still ice . Great product.

We got it for my daughters birthday, cup is so cute and she loves it. Very durable cup and the graphics on it are top tier!

I do really like the cup itself, very cute, but when it arrived, I wish id taken a photo now, it looked like it had been used for a cup of coffee, thrown into a clear plastic bag and then tossed straight into the postage bag. It was really filthy/dirty inside. The lid is a very cheap, bad quality one that would need some specf-filler or whatever it's called, added to it, or a pack of those leak stop pieces , to fix it. Straw is a bendy cheaper silicon one with a ridge on it, so it can't be pulled all the way out and lost or anything which WOULD def be handy for kids. Over all it's a good cup, just replace the lid or use some sealers.Seller needs to be more aware of what they are shipping out to ppl and not send products that are clearly used, and to also at least wrap the products in bubble wrap, cos 1 fine layer of plastic, thinner than zip lock bag plastic, is never going to protect it from damage in transit...so if the there's no box, at least do that much! It's lucky I got a bunch of silicone things with my cup, so that protected it from damage, but others may not be so lucky!3/5 for cup/lid combo (points off are for how bad the lid is)2/5 for the Seller, not checking, testing, clea ingredients product being sold which I'm sure must be 1 their child no longer wants)0/5 for packing, cos there wasn't any!

Mine arrived intact and in full working order. I like that the lid allows for straw and strawless use. It doesn't have the same ice-cold longevity as legacy brands, but it does the job. For the price and cuteness level, it's worth the shot for Disney lovers.

Love the cup and was working as I had expected until I could not unscrew the cover. Be very careful about how tight the lid is twisted on. I tried all the tricks on Google and finally had to use a knife to break the seal. Not ideal. Would not buy again.

This tumbler was just what I was looking for. There are slight air bubbles in the lid, but I don't think they will hurt anything (just more of a visual thing).
