Very happy with this purchase
I was very impressed with the material and durability of this banner ! Definitely recommend it! I hope they sell one with just Happy Birthday in it ! I would purchase that

Cute
Balloons were great & the banner looked great with black light however stringing it to hang was annoying poolside deck. It would be better on a wall. Also the banner edges frayed easily
