These are too good. Elegant restaurant style plate with the perfect white color that matches literally every and any color bowl or charger. So far the quality is great. Husband couldn't get over how satisfyingly these stacked and wants to replace all our plates with more of these. Definitely recommend.

Good thick plates perfect for any antrees with beans. Size was pretty good too. They look nice.

I wanted something bigger than the average plate and with an edge, so juices and sauces don’t spill. This is the answer! I was reluctant at first because reviewers said the plates are heavy and not exactly white. While both of those observations are true, they are still very nice and surprisingly fit in the dishwasher. They wash exceptionally well, have a lovely finish and do not scratch, even using steak knives. The drawback of being so thick, is you have to stack them one at a time when putting away and they take up more space in the cabinet. In my photograph, you can see normal plates (lef)t versus these on the lower right. They are heavy, which is challenging with arthritic hands, but they are worth the extra effort. Originally, I thought they might be useful at Thanksgiving when everyone is piling on a lot of food, but I would have to buy more of them and then they would take up even more space in my cupboard, so I’m not sure yet.

I saw similar plates at a restaurant recently and wanting to start limiting my paper plate usage so I decided to get these. First, they are well packaged so no damage during shipping. Second, they are almost the size of an 8.5" paper plate. Third, I cook daily and run my dishwasher when full so this will eliminate the need for paper plate consumption. They are adorable, perfect weight, clean looking, and dishwasher/microwave safe. Definitely recommend.

Limited vision diners have difficulty in using a fork for food served on a flat dish. These high edge dishes are perfect for pinning down that elusive piece of potato or meat. The pure white appearance of the plates is quite normal looking on the table and styled so they are easy to stack in the storage cabinet. The dish washer does not harm the porcelain surfaces even with hot wash and hot dry cycling.
