Only lasted one wash (not even a rinse)
This looks great but it only lasted one wash for me. Mis way through the rinse cycle it stopped spinning and it doesn't spin for anything now.Now have to pack it up and get it to an Evri drop off as they don't collect from home.

Good as a backup but some concerns.
I bought one of these because my washing machine is awaiting repair and my attempts at handwashing in the bath leave a lot to be desired. The reviews I’ve read on here are accurate. You get a timer varying from 6 minutes to 15 minutes, manually fill it with water and have to drain it yourself with the supplied drain hose. The spin is pointless, it’s just so slow and the basket fits a couple of pairs of socks and underwear at most. For me this doesn’t matter, it’s not going to be my daily clothes washing machine. One thing that did worry me is after one 15 minute run and 12 minutes through another it cut out. I thought it could be the fuse, changed it - nothing. I could smell the machine was warm (that sort of hot electric smell) so I popped the cover off the back and used a temperature gun to check the motor which was sitting at 140 degrees Celsius. It did cool down and started working again so there must be a thermal cutoff in there somewhere. I found the likely reason for this is nearly all the vent holes on the bottom were covered in a thin film of plastic from manufacturing. I poked this out with a screwdriver, will it be enough to keep it cooler? Hopefully.I also noticed all the mains electric cables and switches are in a small clear plastic bag zip tied to the side of the washing machine. I’d be amazed if this was safe and given it is 6 inches from a motor that was belting out 140 degrees of heat it could melt. I’d recommend keeping an eye on this and definitely do not allow water to get in the bottom of the unit.Overall safety concerns aside it did a better job than I could by hand. I’ll modify mine to get the wires in a waterproof and melt proof enclosure. I’d recommend you do the same.Update after a few weeks of use: Still overheats constantly and cuts out after 1 x wash and about half a rinse, to the point I think it's probably dangerous. As a result I'm not going to use it anymore.

Not much better than hand washing for the amount of effort it takes.
This arrives in a massive box measuring approx 42cm x 42cm x 68cm.The portable washing machine inside is very light when empty, so you'd have no problem moving it around, lifting it up etc.., but I found it really not much better than washing by hand as you have to do a lot of work yourself.Although this says it has a spin cycle, it really doesn't get much water out of the clothes, so you will either be drip drying soaking wet stuff or wringing it out by hand yourself if you don't have a separate spin dryer. It's wash cycle is okay as long as clothes aren't particularly dirty, but this will involve you having to fill it with hot water and drain it more than once during the wash (once with washing powder, once for the rinse cycle, another for the fabric softener, another for rinsing after that). It's only has one wash mode and it takes a very small load (3kg to wash, 2kg to spin at most). For me, I found that really it was simpler to just hand wash the few bits this can take as a load which was quicker and didn't require anything more than my sink.I found the motor got very hot in use so it would not be a good idea to use this repeatedly without allowing time for it to cool down between uses.I guess if you never wash bedding or towels and only ever need to rinse clothes that aren't actually dirty you might find this useful if you don't mind hand wringing them or are washing drip dry items that don't need much of spin this could suit a single person household.Could also be useful for items that need a more delicate wash as it doesn't do much agitating.

Great little washer
I have set my washer/spinner up in my bathroom.I put my clothes into the drum, which is spacious for a machine this size. The pipe that came with the washer is too small for my taps, so I filled it from the shower. This is a lot easier than using a jug and the water is the correct temperature. The machine is easy to turn on and the cycle is short. The water drains quickly after washing and I added clean water to rinse.I again drained the water from the machine.I didn't use the spinner as it is far too small, but this didn't bother me as I already own a spin dryer.I wrung the clothes out and put them in my spin dryer. My clothes were washed and spun in less than half an hour and I saved a lot of money on my electricity bill. The washing machine/spinner was easy to use, a great price and perfect if you only have a small space.

Spin side very dissapointing
So dissapointed with this item. The washing side is great and a large capacity but the spinner is a huge disappointment. I could ring the clothes out better by hand!! Used once to try… repacked to go back.
