Besides the Bean Salad mix, I also like the Handy Pantry 3-Part Salad Mix. I grow them in the "Victorio Deluxe Kitchen Crop Seed Sprouter VKP1200". I also have and like the Handy Pantry's seed sprouter, but I like the Victorio because it is smaller and the kids each get their own smaller tray.

Bean salad sprouting seeds
The sprouts were very tasty but too many of the seeds did not sprout as expected. There was no "use by" date on the package so maybe I didn't use them soon enough.
