Very nice packaging, also bubble wrapped and in a nice little cardboard outer box. It was delivered in the mailbox that can be an issue with warmer temperatures. The bar its self is not very big it’s a 4 piece bar. However it is handmade I’m sure that’s why it is almost $17. Excellent quality, crunchy and the pistachio cream is great. Chocolate is very good quality.

I must say this is a well crafted chocolate bar. It is for sure quality. I saw a few complaints about the size of the bar compared to the price tag, but where this is definitely a luxury crafted bar, I think it is a fair price. I absolutely loved the chocolate, but I can’t decide if the filling is for me or not. This product was disappointing. The chocolate portion was okay but the pistachio filling was, well, it was green, but aside from that it had little discernible pistachio flavor. I would certainly not recommend this product. It is certainly overpriced. I would have given it two stars except that it was very well packaged but then you can’t eat cardboard.

Although my first Dubai chocolate bar arrived melted due to Florida's hot and humid climate, the company went above and beyond to address the issue. They apologized and sent me a replacement for free, thoughtfully packaging it to prevent melting.While the second bar still showed signs of melting, its quality and taste were outstanding. Once refrigerated, it regained its famous crunchy texture and was absolutely delicious. The chocolate is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail, which truly shines through.I highly recommend these Dubai chocolate bars to anyone trying them for the first time, and I look forward to ordering more in the future. Beyond the chocolate itself, their excellent customer support reflects a deep commitment to making sure every customer feels valued.

It was the most delicious chocolate I've had in years 😋 irresistible but very expensive probably better if you made it at home but very tasty and rich but even though I have prime took a while to arrive

I was surprised that I wasn’t super obsessed with the pistachio flavor in this. But for whatever reason it’s incredibly overpowering and I’m really sad. I didn’t like it. But I did love the crunchiness of the pastry that’s inside and the flavor of the chocolate was really good. A lot of people really love it so it could just be my taste buds. It’s really strange because I love eating pistachios but for whatever reason I don’t like it in the candy bar. They did put a decent amount of filling in the chocolate bar, which is nice for the price.
