Savannah Bee Company Royal Jelly Body Butter - Deep Hydrating Body Butter for Dry Skin

This cream is really terrific. Don't shy away from the price. Although the jar has only 6.7 oz in it, it goes further than two 8 oz bottles of other body lotions, and it's a great deal more effective than other body lotions. I've put only all natural creams and lotions on my skin for at least 20 years now. I've always used high quality organic brand names from recognized, trusted companies like Aubrey and Lavera. This stuff outperforms those body lotions hands down! I'm 60 yrs old, have very sensitive skin that runs pretty dry in the winter months especially......and this body butter makes my skin feel more supple and moisturized than it has felt in years. I read others complaining about the smell. I am one of those people that cannot tolerate chemical perfumes...they give me a horrible headache and trigger my asthma. So when I opened the jar, I must admit I was put off by the smell.....sort of smells like blackberries. Don't like sweet smells. But when I experienced how effective the cream is, I decided to continue using and see if the smell bothered my allergies at all. I've discovered that within 10-20 minutes of applying the cream, the smell disappears. I am very picky about smells. I just tossed a very expensive bottle of body lotion in the garbage because the smell bothered me for hours after I had applied it, and the bottle claimed there was only essential oils used for smell. The odor of this cream does not trigger any reaction at all.....and since I've had such a nice experience with how it leaves my skin......I've actually come to like the smell while I'm applying it. The odor does not linger for long at all. The cream is rich and sinks into skin immediately and does not feel oily in the least. I've just come to the end of my first jar of this cream, and I'm back to buy another one now. Two other bottles of lotion sitting on my bathroom shelf, and this is the one I reach for time and again. Hope they keep making it for a very long time. I think I'm going to be a lifer with this stuff.

I love this cream. My skin is so dry, I can’t stand it. I first tried this cream that I found in a little shop in Sedona, Az. Believe me, I have tried everything. This cream calms my skin and leaves it soft. The smell is quite pleasant and I love the thick texture. Thank goodness I found this on Amazon .. A little pricey but for me it’s worth it.

It’s an amazing moisturizer

This product is not easy to find in my area, and at the time was cheaper to buy it from Amazon than the official website the product comes from. Packaging was a bit larger than the product itself, and the mailing box (although arriving in a timely manner) had arrived showing much wear and tear. Inside the product itself was protected by packing paper, so I was a little worried that the glass jar inside the red box would be damaged. However, red box product was kept in was in good condition, and the glass jar was in mint condition. The Savannah Bee Company's Royal Jelly Body Butter is an amazing product. The smell of blackberries is quite potent in an intoxicating sort of way, and the quality of the body butter is amazing. It is thick, and hydrates well. I am prone to eczema, contact dermatitis, and have sensitive skin, so I am picky about my skin care products. Husband also has allergies, so it makes me happy to find any scented skin care products that make my skin look amazing and give me a lovely scent to boot. I definitely like rotating between this product and another product, so it is definitely worth the price for the quality of the product.

This is so gentle and yet works on my dry feet as well as the test of my body.

I have another jar that I got a year ago, same brand, but seems to be better quality. Maybe the formula has changed?? Still good and I’m happy with it.

I received this once for a Christmas present, was so happy to find it available on Amazon. Really softens and "plumps"" up my hands. Lovely, lovely product.

I was really looking forward to using this product. However, the fragrance when I open the jar smells like (pardon the image) someone one threw up. Also, makes my face itch. Works fine on my hands, once I get past the fragrance. I may use it for my hands or maybe just throw it away. 😢UPDATE: The original order sent turned out to be rancid, which explained the odor. The company sent me a replacement, however, I had ordered the original but was never sent the original. They sent me Tupelo Honey - not the scent I wanted. At least I’ll be able to use it. Appreciate the replacement, just wish it was what I had originally ordered.Second/Last Update:Waste of money for me. The scent was nasty. Honestly, I couldn’t even give the jar away. Everyone wrinkled their nose and said No. So, the jar is in the garbage for pick up.
