SAMSUNG Official Original Galaxy Note 9 S Pen Stylus (Black)

Works immediately. No setup required. I had to get a replacement because my wife lost hers. I received the stylus, inserted it into the phone and it worked immediately. Works perfectly.

I've been buying the same package of 2 purple S-Pens for $14 the last few years because they were the most durable, even though they didn't have Bluetooth. But last 2 purchases broke at top joint so I needed an upgrade. I hesitated because this was used, but it connected immediately & tells me when it needs a 20 second recharge. None of my others, even the original, did that. My old Note 9 works like it's brand new again. I've never had a Bluetooth that worked this well. I love my Note again! It needs a battery, but I'll keep using it until the prices fall on an S23.If you're as lucky as I was, you'll be thrilled like I am.I also purchased a new one for a few more dollars which the top push button broke 1st time I attempted to pull it from phone. I'm not kidding. Less than 4 minutes of opening mail, the used one turned out oerfect,& new one broke in a way I've never seen. I use my Note 9 24/7/365, even in my sleep so I know how to remove a stylus.I fully recommend this & hope you get one as perfect as the one I'm using right now!

Normally replacement stylus's for this phone is pricey. This one was much cheaper than I expected and as such, I expected it to scrimp on quality. I have had this product for months now and it has still held up. I don't have issues with it popping out like I did with the original. I use it like a stylus and I don't feel the need to be super gentle with it in fear of breaking it. I don't have issues with it not being detected by the phone or button's not working. It works exactly like the original but in my experience may be better.

I just had another aftermarket spen snap in half on me, so I decided to try finding an original OEM spen, hoping it would hold up better. I kinda got what I wanted; this one seems much sturdier and I've had no problems with sturdiness.However, it doesn't really work. I need to tap relatively hard to get the phone to recognize the tap. I also noticed some give in the tip; which results in a weird feel and a tapping sound on each tap. I tried using it for a while, and though the problem was the new screen protector I put on, but it persisted after changing that. Eventually I pulled out one of my old, broken spens and tried them and they worked perfect.It's infuriating to use this when you don't know if a tap was recognized until you wait a second or two. Even worse on games that sometimes take 2 seconds to move to the next screen, so you end up tapping again and cancelling the action you were trying to take! Meanwhile, it's just not comfortable to push that hard; I want to use it like a pen, not a hammer.So this guy is essentially going into the trash; that's $25 wasted. Now I get the joy of buying a new one less than a month after buying this one.Save your money and just go with an aftermarket pen.
