I’ve tried a lot of matcha brands, and MatchaBar Ceremonial Grade Matcha is the one I keep repurchasing. AMAZING!!!! I have spent days researching matchas to make at home, and everything is either constantly sold out, will arrive in a few weeks or the reviews are mixed. This is by far the BEST tasting matcha I’ve tried I will definitely be repurchasing! The color is a beautiful deep green, it’s incredibly smooth and sweet smelling. I did not try it on its own, I made it with the Starbucks lavender latte oatmilk creamer and it is my new favorite. The only thing was the package did not open as intended, but just open it super carefully and use a chip clip if needed!

Really clean, smooth taste, with or without milk.This was my first ever matcha purchase on Amazon!I make my lattes mostly with alternative milks (almond malk or oat - minor figures) and paired with matcha, this can sometimes result in chalky drinks but this was super smooth, very subtle boost of energy and no unwanted mid afternoon crash. Will repurchase as soon as I'm done with my latest matcha mistakes!

love the matcha but the packaging is honestly a joke. won’t be buying again because of it.

I’m picky with my matcha. Switched out coffee for matcha in about 2019 or 2020. I’ve tried tons of matcha powders, from online and grocery stores. This is the best one I have found. The flavor is consistent. I love that the brand is transparent about the sourcing of the matcha. It’s very very finely milled, I don’t sift this at all and my matcha latte is always clump free. I have this on a regular delivery schedule because I don’t want to be without it!

To date, I haven’t found a matcha brand that can compete with this one! It’s smooth with that traditional matcha flavor! Highly graded and goes perfect with coconut milk!! This is my second time purchasing this product and I’ll continue to purchase it every-time I run out. The bag has a pull string to please pull that to open it and don’t be tempted to cut it open using scissors. You get a pretty good amount of matcha in the bag. Enough to last you about 30-60 days depending on how frequently you drink it.

LOVE the product - originally purchased the 1oz and just repurchased the 2.8oz. Great taste! Better than Starbucks in my opinion!!Only gave 3 stars because the package was hard to open. The tear strip did not work, leaving me to cut open the package & matcha flying everywhere - SAD!

I first tried matcha in latte form a few years ago. I realized that I got an alert feeling from it without the jittery feeling that I tend to get from my beloved coffee. I purchased some culinary grade matcha so that I could enjoy my lattes at home.After learning more about matcha, I realized that I was missing out on some of the health benefits that come with drinking matcha in only water. (Milk binds to the polyphenols which causes them to flush through your body with absorbing.) I tried preparing my culinary grade in just water. It worked, but it was bitter and left kind of a weird mouth feel. I wouldn’t consider it a pleasant experience. More like taking a medicine that you are forced to talk vector will make you better.I decided to try a ceremonial grade matcha which is intended to be prepared and consumed in just water. The difference in huge! The ceremonial grade is smooth, very little bitterness, and pleasurable to drink.It seems expensive, but when you read about all the work that goes into harvesting matcha of this grade, you can understand why the price is high. If you compare it to what many people spend on coffee out on a weekly basis, it still would cost less, and you get amazing health benefits. Many, myself included, don’t love the taste of matcha on first try. I would suggest giving it a week with a ceremonial grade matcha. I found that now I look forward to drinking my matcha as I did my morning coffee.I’m sure that their are even higher quality ceremonial matchas out there, but this one works perfectly for my everyday use. I will definitely continue to purchase.
