Disappointing. McDonald's Canadian bacon is better.
I am used to Canadian bacon that has the taste and texture of Black Forest ham. The taste of this product is very bland, and the texture is mealy and overly processed. It is overpriced for the quality. Would not purchase again.

What I'm Talkin' About - Great Bacon!
Simply excellent. Meat is not full of water (used to up the weight in substitution for muscle). Can be frozen, and easily restored to room temp without affecting taste, texture or tongue-feel. Packed in manageable numbers of slices which are too thick; not too thin - yeah, they're just right. Fully cooked before packaging. Pan fry if you feel the need. Excellent hot or cold This is the best that AMAZON offers; the price is worth it.
