It’s working! After just 2 weeks I am feeling much better

I’ve been using this formula for a few weeks now. I noticed an improvement in my digestion and a reduction in bloating after a week. The Lactobacillus strain is clearly effective for me. It's great to have a probiotic that actually targets H. pylori specifically. I like that it only takes two capsules to get an adequate dose. It’s vegetarian which is a huge plus for me too. The capsules are easy enough to take. Definitely a supplement I’ll be keeping in my routine for now!

First off, the product itself seems high-quality. The capsules were easy to swallow, and the probiotic itself seemed potent. I refrigerated the bottle as soon as I received it.Unfortunately, these didn’t quite work for me as I had hoped. However, I do plan to keep them and use them sparingly, like once a week, or every two weeks. But definitely not every day.Pitting good and bad bacteria against each other can be like fighting fire with fire. On day one, I felt pretty well, like my stomach was healing. But by day 2, I felt really off and sick. It didn’t feel like a typical die-off reaction. I slept poorly, I felt constipated, and I just had a general feeling of malaise. I couldn’t continue on.That said, these may well work for others. I just don’t feel they’re right for me. However, I’ll continue to use them occasionally when I feel I need a probiotic boost. But as far as getting rid of h. Pylori, I’d rather stick to herbal antibiotics, such as garlic and berberine. I seem to respond better to those.

I purchased this to make l reuteri yogurt. I am sure that if you have zero issues with the breakdown of histamine that it is a quality probiotic. I had no idea that this was a histamine releasing probiotic. I began developing hives after consuming the yogurt for 3 weeks. I thought it was a reaction to something else but stopped the yogurt after 4 weeks total. After 4 months I am beginning to heal. I had 2 urgent care visits where I was prescribed high dose steroids. The steroids offered some relief but I had to convince the doctor to prescribe an antibiotic to kill the l reuteri. After 21 days of antibiotics I am 90% better. If you have ever had hives, redness/flushing of the cheeks or chest, migraines or any reaction to high histamine foods proceed with caution.

So I'm not the type to usually leave reviews, but this product only took 1 day to become effective. The next morning after the first day, I woke up energized, very happy and with no stomach pain whatsoever. And it carried out throught the day. It's such an amazing feeling not feeling paranoid, unhappy and stressed all the time!! (Considering I'm on two antibiotics right now for h pylori, the fact that I feel this good means I'll feel even better once I'm off em) and it has a bit of acacia gum so it makes your good bacteria thrive even better due to it being a probiotic(gonna order some to get the full range of benefits) and mastic gum as well to create a protective barrier on the stomach to have it heal and the acid to not irritate it.I did a lot of digging, months actually and that's greate for chronic gastritis mild to moderate and even acid reflux.
