This is one to get
Having tried several other brands, this oat drink tastes best in my Jura automatic espresso machine. Not exactly like milk but perhaps even better. Foam is decent too. So far I have probably bought 8 cases, and use it daily. With Oats its important to get organic because they use a lot of pesticides normally.

Delicious!
After reading reviews, I was a bit hesitant to try this organic version. However, I went for it and I'm super glad I did. Perhaps the other reviewers just got a bad batch, because my batch is perfect. Just the same as the non-organic version... creamy, foamy, thick, and just as delicious. Personally, I always shake my oat milk cartons really, really well because I don't use a frother, so if there is any separation perhaps I am by default emulsifying it back together. Regardless, I will continue to purchase this organic version here on Amazon, as it's the only place I can find it. I think the price is very fair and hope it stays in this ballpark for a while at least. 5/5! ☕️

Watery and tastes weird
We've been using regular Califia brand Barista Oat Milk for years and love it for its smooth taste and frothing ability. When I couldn't find the above mentioned on Amazon, I came across the organic version and thought I'd give it a try. We were immediately disappointed by the strange flavor and wateriness the organic version has. I forced myself to go through about 3 cartons of the organic version, and then gave up. No point suffering through bad tasting coffee first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, the organic Califia was a waste of money.

Packaged well and great with coffee
The best thing about ordering this milk from Amazon is that it is packaged well. I have placed several orders and have not had any leakage or broken containers. The milk froths well for coffee and has decent ingredients compared to other brands.

good value, alright taste
prior to this, I was purchasing the non-organic version of this value pack, I was so stoked to see that they did have an organic version and wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again, I did finish all six of the boxes however, I was not impressed with the taste. A lot watery, did not froth as well and not barista friendly. If you prioritize the organics over the barista needs, this is a good pic however, it just did not fit my needs. still a great product so giving three stars. Highly recommend the original version!Edit: I see other reviews claiming lots of foam and froth. The "froth" of this milk is quite bubbly and dissipates quicky. Nothing compared to the original or other milks that create a smooth foam that lasts for longer than one sip. Food for thought!

Good taste
Creamy. They claim it's frothy, but I didn't really care that it didn't get that way. It mixed in well and did not hinder the taste of the cuppa coffee. A little high in the sodium, but less than other products. Now that I like it, will repurchase through Subscribe'n'Save.

This blue on white is no match for the white on blue
I try to use organic whenever possible, and if the price gap isn't too wide. Anyway, I've been a longtime fan of the regular Barista blend oat milk, and when I saw there is an organic version, I was very curious in trying it out. Not only is it not the same taste (a slight variance being expected) but it tastes more like almond milk than oat! I mean, I used to drink almond with my coffee when I first weened myself off dairy, and specifically the Califia brand, but when I tried the same brand in oat, I was hooked. Alas, as I'm sipping my morning joe right now, I'm a bit forlorn at having to go through this and 5 more cartons--maybe, I'll just use it for recipes, I dunno...

Good but I've had better.
I hadn't realized it wasn't gluten free, which is important to me. And the flavor is good but not as good as Oatsome, which is also organic and IS gluten free, (and has a richer, better flavor). So I'm getting through the oat milk quite happily, but went back to Oatsome for the next order.
