It's Almond Milk
I use this almond milk in my cereal but could drink it straight. It's tasty and you can tell that the quality and purity of the ingredients are there due to the flavor and consistency. It's 100% almond milk

A Great Almond Milk Without All the Additives!
It's hard to find a good unsweetened almond milk without all the added ingredients, but this one is it! I like that is only contains almonds, milk and salt. It is soy free, gluten free and carrageenan free. It has a very smooth texture. I like the clean taste. There is no after taste. I have been using it every week for my chia see pudding. My pudding comes out just a little thinner than if I use other almond milk, but I am okay with that because with is one I'm not wondering what else I am putting into my body. There are 4 servings per container and it's 60 calories per serving. It is made in California. I am very satisfied with this product, and have it set as one of my subscribe and save items so that I don't forget to order it each month.

Almond milk
I use this as a substitute for milk. It's the liquid base for protein shakes, creamy soups, gravy's, vegan cheese sauces and more. It doesn't have an after taste or a flavor profile that overtakes what you're making. It's a good neutral base in cooking or baking.

Perfect - No Added Calcium
Quality is fantastic, only three ingredients, almonds, water, and sea salt. no "added: calcium! Not everyone that uses almond milk needs calcium. I actually have hypercalcemia, so I use almond milk as a substitute so I don't need calcium. Most of the other types out there have added and mostly have 400-500mg per serving. This one has 20 mg per serving.Just make sure you get the Organic type from this brand, otherwise it does have other ingredients and "added" calcium. It naturally has some calcium but nothing added.I use this almond milk to make chocolate ice cream in the Ninja creami to make dairy free and low calorie ice cream. Its not exactly as perfect as regular ice cream with cream/milk but its a nice substitute closer to a Wendy's Frosty.24 oz ninja creami containerAlmond milk to the fill line1 Tbsp Sugar free jello pudding1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder1 teaspoon instant coffee20 equal - yes its a lot, and many don't like aspartame, you can use whatever you like, just add more then you expect because once it freezes its not nearly as sweetFreeze 24 hours - use on the Italian Ice setting. Will need to run it twice - if you like real ice cream type texture don't add additional liquid just run once use a spoon to push down sides, ( it stays frozen on sides if you don't push them down you'll get the crystals in your ice cream. Run again for 2nd shot same setting. if its still chalky run it a third time, or try re-spin. I find 3 is perfect. But test out what works best for you.

Just okay.
While I appreciate the ingredient list and the lack of gums & "enrichment" vitamins/preservatives, this seems more watery than the refrigerated version by the same brand. The big bottle is creamy & delicious, so I'll probably stick to that and only keep these cartons for when I'm in a pinch.

Organic, simple ingredients, excellent price
I just recently found out I have a severe sensitivity to cow milk and goat milk. It was hard trying to find a milk alternative that is organic and doesn’t have seed oils or chemicals added to it. I love that the only ingredients in this milk are almonds, water and salt! The price is also pretty awesome for something organic, so I was very happy about that. The taste is pretty good - tastes almondy but is decent with cereal and a great replacement for milk in baking. I’d definitely recommend!

Rotten
Not sure why it keeps happening, but this is a second time I have had a case delivered and I opened it in the product is bad.It is full of textured stuff in it almost like it is curdled and yes, I know it’s not milk, but that’s what it looks like… Really disappointed because I was using the regular almond milk from Calafia and never had a problem, but wanted to switch over to the organic as Nuts are a huge offender of toxins as they are smothered in pesticides…I see that no one else has really had this problem so I’m not sure what’s happening with delivery.
